
Payment & Cancellation Policy
- Discount Registrants: Registrations and payments received up to one week prior to training date are eligible for an early-bird discount; AVRASA members are eligible for a professional discounted rate. Please contact training@nadap.org for information about group discounts.
- Payment for early-bird registration must be postmarked eight (8) business days prior to the training.
- Registrations with payments received less than one week prior to training or at the door are at the General Registration rate.
- Cancellation notifications received in writing at training@nadap.org 72 hours or more prior to training date are eligible for credit to be applied to a future training within 12 months of the scheduled training date.
- NADAP reserves the right to cancel trainings at any time. If this occurs, registrants are notified promptly by phone and e-mail and issued full refunds.
- NADAP trainings are approved for CASAC & CRC recertification hours. To be eligible for clock hours, participants must complete the full training; NO partial certificates are issued.
- Only checks made payable to NADAP, Inc. are accepted as payment.
