Technical Assistance

Technical assistance is provided by NADAP staff with expertise in workforce development, case management and other social service specialty areas. NADAP staff work closely with client agency administration and their staff to improve service delivery and outcomes. Based on program goals, NADAP evaluates operations, analyzes outcomes and recommends strategies with realistic interventions to improve program performance and achieve targets.
